There are many different forms of Yoga. Some are more focused on meditation and others work with the physical body. Some are relaxing and restorative, while others are very rigorous.
Integral Hatha Yoga is a form of Yoga designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit through gentle exercises. The pace of class is slow and meditative, with a focus on alignment and centering, flow, deepening stretches, and strengthening muscle groups. The goal is to allow each student to develop at their own pace, by turning their attention inward and developing a healthy balance in the body. It is a great way to explore the benefits of Yoga.
Yoga is something to be experienced - - and each person brings something different to the class. We feel it's important to try our classes first, before you commit yourself to a full semester to be sure this form of Yoga will fit your goals. Please take advantage of our offer for new students -- take the class and pay what you can.
Adult Classes: Introduction to Yoga, Gentle Yoga, All Levels Yoga, Relax and Restore
Classes for Teens: Can be scheduled for groups of 4 or more. Please call to schedule.

Honestly, I was thinking about all the wonderful things that make your yoga sessions so very special and then I stopped and thought WAIT... DON'T DO IT!!!!! We want to keep these yoga classes the best kept secret in CT! LOL! However, because you and your classes provide such a high level of physical, spiritual and emotional nurturing, I decided that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one. ;) Deb

Having been a student in Cory's Yoga classes for many years, I feel qualified to say that she is a wonderful teacher: innovative and patient, giving individualized attention and taking into consideration her students strengths and weaknesses.
